Lead bronze: For example, ZCuPb20Sn5 and other high-lead bronze materials are often used.6 The high content of lead in lead bronze makes the material have better self-lubricating properties, which can reduce friction and wear during the working process, and its load-bearing capacity is also relatively strong, which is suitable for use as the material for the eccentric bronze bushing of the crusher.
Brass: brass material eccentric copper sleeve also has certain applications. Brass has better processing performance and certain strength, the price is relatively affordable, but in terms of wear resistance may not be as good as tin bronze and lead bronze.
Aluminum bronze: aluminum bronze mechanical properties than brass and tin bronze, with high strength, hardness and wear resistance, in the atmosphere, seawater, carbonic acid and most organic acids in the corrosion resistance is also better, can be used to manufacture high-strength wear-resistant eccentric bronze bushings parts.
