The main materials of bronze bushing inside the crusher are as follows:
Tin bronze:
Characteristics: tin as the main alloying element, with high mechanical properties, good wear reduction properties and corrosion resistance, casting shrinkage is small, can be used to produce complex shapes, clear contours, airtightness requirements are not high castings. It is very corrosion resistant in atmosphere, sea water, fresh water and steam.
Applicable scene: commonly used in the manufacture of copper bushings that need to withstand certain friction, impact and corrosive environment in the crusher, such as eccentric bushing bronze bushings, dynamic cone bronze bushings and other key parts of the bronze bushings, which can be better adapted to the complex working environment inside the crusher.
Lead bronze:
Characteristics: lead as the main alloying element of the copper-based alloy, with high friction reduction and good machinability, easy to weld and braze, good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water, can only be in the cold state of pressure processing.
Applicable scene: due to its good friction reduction and corrosion resistance, it is suitable for crusher as the bronze sleeve of sliding bearing, which can reduce the friction and wear between the parts, and can withstand a certain amount of load, and it is used more in some occasions of low and medium speed and heavy load.
Aluminum bronze:
Characteristics: It has high strength, high densification and stable chemical properties1.
Applicable scenes: can be used in the manufacture of crusher on the strength and wear resistance requirements of high copper sleeve, can withstand greater pressure and impact, suitable for some of the working conditions of the more severe parts.
Brass:
Characteristics: It is the alloy of copper and zinc, with better casting performance and cutting performance, and relatively low price.
Applicable scene: in some of the performance requirements of copper bushings are not particularly high in the crusher, or as some non-critical parts of the copper bushings materials used, such as some auxiliary parts of the bushings and so on. It can also meet the general lubrication and wear-resistant needs, but in terms of wear resistance, corrosion resistance is relatively inferior to tin bronze and lead bronze.
