RCB-650 is made of high-strength copper alloy (CuZn25Al5, CuZn24Al6Fe3Mn4, SAE430B, HBsC4) as the base material, and the holes are machined and filled with solid lubricant on the working surface according to a certain ratio according to the working conditions, the high-strength copper alloy provides high load carrying capacity and the solid lubricant can form a low friction side. Under dry friction conditions we design a pre-lubrication film on the bearing surface which ensures that the solid lubricant is transferred to the counterpart in the shortest possible time and forms an effective solid lubrication film.
